Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This period allows you to examine the goods and decide whether to keep them or return them. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods.


We offer customers the option of:

- exchange for item, size and colour that customer's request
- refund to the original payment method (to bank account if you paid with Cash on Delivery) 
- store credit voucher which is valid for 1 year.


Please contact us to info@lelera.com to receive the return form. The return form must be completed and included in the return package.
You can return the package via any delivery service. The cost of returning the package is borne by the buyer, so we advise you to choose the cheapest delivery option with the tracking possibility. Returns sent to any address other than the specified return address or to parcel lockers will be rejected and returned to the customer.
We advise you not to choose a service without tracking and to keep a receive of the package tracking number until your claim is completed.

Once the returned goods are received or proof of their dispatch is provided, we will process your refund, change or issue store credit.

Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original payment, except for cash-on-delivery payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer. The refund, including any delivery costs for the standard delivery option, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods to our main warehouse in Slovenia or proof of dispatch.

If the goods are received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at the provided e-mail address and provide photos or documentation of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged goods, and you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement without any cost for the customer.

Customers are responsible for returning the goods securely and in reasonable condition. The value of the goods may be reduced if they have been used in a way that exceeds what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply in cases where:
    • goods are customized according to the buyer’s specifications;
    • goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;
    • goods are delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene or health reasons and have been unsealed;
    • digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
